 We are not here simply to witness Creation – we are the Creators.

Crisis and challenge arise not to punish or defeat us but to inspire us to design new and improved solutions that promote balance and order.

We must not become complacent and settle for any dis-ease.  Imagining and believing in a world of balance and harmony is our true purpose.

To stay on course we need only follow our feelings along a decision path that brings the most satisfaction, happiness and peace to our experience of the world.

We will make mistakes but that is how we are designed to learn and sharpen our abilities.  Our lives have great importance because with every thought and deed we are shaping the future.

We are at the edge of Creation.  In every moment everything is new again because it is all a product of our consciousness.  What was no longer has importance – what will be is always up to us.

Believe in yourself and share your strength and light with the world.  You are a peacemaker and you are capable of channeling unlimited power to heal and spread love and joy wherever you direct your attention.

We are warriors of Spirit.  We are the Designers of Reality.

If you have been living a life simply observing what appears to be going on around you then it may be difficult to feel very appreciative.  There is no question that in every moment you can usually find plenty that you are not pleased about.  It is important that you understand how this came to be.  What you see and experience in your now is the product of what you have focused your attention on in the past. 

As you come to accept that you are a creator of reality you will begin to appreciate how what you think about and pay attention to in this now moment is what is replicating as reality in your future moments. 

 What we want you to realize is that every one of us has created a unique reality that we are experiencing.  Yes, there are a great many similarities between your reality and mine if we come from similar upbringings and cultural backgrounds.  What you believe and what I believe have an influence on each other because we are connected parts of a much greater whole.

You live in a Universe of unlimited possibility.

Your reality is unique to you.

So, what is the magic formula?

Appreciation is the magical spell you need to cast.


How you live your life and what you choose to believe will affect all life on this planet.  You can make a big difference.  The way you direct your creative energy will transform the future for you and everyone else.



“Your Name Here” is a character you have imagined into being for the adventure you find yourself a part of. You are controlling the story but you can learn to get more of what you desire.

Why is meditation the best tool on your path to Intentional Creation?

The key value of meditation is its ability to give you a break from that non-stop monologue originating in your head by that “ego” basic operating system.  Many people have expressed negative ideas about the ego.  We want to dispel those ideas right away.  The ego can be a trusted assistant and adviser but too many people allow their ego’s to convince them the voice of the character they have created is supposed to be in charge.  Calling it the basic operating system of your bio-computer brain is a very accurate analogy.  The only reason that it should not be allowed to be fully in charge of your life is that it only has access to what you have already experienced to define reality.  It really is not capable of “thinking out of the box”.  The reality of the ego is totally “object” based – everything that it believes is from “out there”.  It is the expression of the “collective unconscious” using the term coined by Carl Jung.  It does not have any access to higher “non-object” based consciousness where you are tapping into the cloud network of the non-physical energy domain.

How do I meditate?

To do our meditation experiment, find a comfortable spot where you can sit quietly without being disturbed for 15-20 minutes.

When you are comfortably seated, close your eyes and focus your attention on your breathing. You don’t need to try and breathe any special way, just take a few slow deep breaths to start and then breath normally.

The focus on your breathing will have you already feeling more relaxed. As you continue your focus on your breathing, consciously relax your body.  Let all your muscles in your face and neck relax.  Tell yourself, “My whole body is totally relaxed”.  (with a little practice this exercise will get even more effective)

Take 2-3 minutes focused on your breathing and consciously relaxing the muscles throughout your body.

Now, begin saying to yourself (in the mind – not out loud), “Sat-Chit-Ananda”. Just keep repeating this “mantra” to yourself.  Satcitānanda, Satchidānanda, or Sat-cit-ānanda translates to English as “Existence, Consciousness, and Bliss” representing the coming together of the three levels of your being: Ego, Consciousness and Higher Self or Soul.  Repetition of these sounds will help you calm the minds chatter and increase the synchronicity of brain function.

Whenever you notice that another thought or physical sensation has captured your attention, “gently” go back to repeating the mantra in your mind. “Sat-Chit-Ananda”, “Sat-Chit-Ananda”, “Sat-Chit-Ananda”…

Continue this process for 10-20 minutes.

You can find plenty of documentation on the benefits of meditation.  It seems more and more people are talking everyday about meditation and mindfulness (which is really another word for the same consciousness raising objective).  This is one more indicator that the shift to the emerging new paradigm is accelerating.  For many of you, getting a sense of what “science” has come up with will be enlightening.

Meditation allows you to temporarily move the ego voice to the background and allow a connection with your higher self.  This is the source of all inspiration and access to your powers of intentional creation – your true creative power.  There will actually be changes in your brain electrical pathways every time you meditate.  Studies have proven increases in brain synchrony and reductions in emotional distress as a result of even short periods of meditation.  It is advisable to become a daily mediator as the effects are cumulative.

The Sri Yantra is a 12,000 year old symbol and is considered the mother of all Yantras. Yantras are geometrical designs based on the principles of sacred geometry and are used for meditation.

“1. Position the yantra (the image above) so its center is at eye level and a comfortable distance away. Sit with your spine straight. Breathe in and out slowly until your breath flows naturally.

Begin with your eyes open, simply gazing at the yantra. Look at the center or ‘dot’ which represents the unity that underlies all the diversity of the physical world.  This is called the “bindu”.  The key is to maintain a receptive, alert frame of mind, without drawing any conclusions, and free of concepts or thoughts.

As you feel yourself gathering consciousness, allow yourself to flow with
the momentum of this consciousness.

2. Now allow your eyes to see the triangle that encloses the bindu. The downward pointing triangle represents the feminine creative power, while the upward facing triangle represents male energy.

3. Allow your vision to expand to include the circles outside of the triangles. They represent the cycles of cosmic rhythms. The image of the circle embodies the notion that time has no beginning and no end.

4. Bring your awareness to lotus petals outside the circle. Notice that they are pointing outwards, as if opening. They illustrate the unfolding of our understanding.

5. The square at the outside of the yantra represents the material world that our senses show us and the illusion of separateness via the well defined edges and boundaries. At the periphery of the figure are four Tshaped portals, or gateways. Notice that they point toward the interior of
the yantra, the inner spaces of life. They represent our earthly passage from the external and material to the internal and sacred.

6. When your awareness begins to shift inward, close your eyes. Now watch the yantra imprinted in your mind’s eye, allowing it to gradually guide you within.

7. Do nothing, and you will find yourself participating in pure consciousness without the mind defining it.

8. The patterns of creativity represented by these primordial shapes express the fundamental forces of nature. They govern the world and they govern you. When you are ready, you may wish to take a deep breath, begin to move your toes and fingers, open your eyes, and become aware of your surroundings once again.”
